Picture a day out on Peruvian waters, nailing wave after memorable wave. You come out from the surf, board in hand and sit on a nearby chill spot, admiring Lisas (a type of local fish) leap out of the water in the pursuit of prey. Now, like the Lisas you require food, so you head to one of the many beachside restaurants where you find an infinite variety of seafood options and even more ways to have them served!
